I'm Željko Henezi — IT leader and software builder based in Croatia. By day I run development teams at Plavi tim, driving digital transformation and intelligent automation in the Oil & Energy sector. Before that, I spent nearly a decade at INA shipping ERP implementations, RPA pipelines, and integrated enterprise systems at group level.

ZacLabs is what I build outside of that — a personal project space for focused Windows utilities, AI-assisted workflows, and compliance tools. The same instinct that drives my day job applies here: software should be clear, fast to ship, and genuinely useful.

I hold a degree in Informatics from the University of Zagreb and have led teams of 5–10 across infrastructure, application development, and IS security.
